Matovu Ishaaka Musisi is a professional Civil Engineer with 17+ years of experience.

Matovu has excellent analytical skills, significant experience in occupational safety and health, site works, cost engineering, planning, project management, documentation, operations and construction supervision.

Matovu has professional experience in feasibility studies, procurement, contract management and construction supervision of in particular; roads, drainage structures and buildings. He is fully acquainted with a number of conditions of contracts as well as standard specifications.

Key Activities

1. Planning, Design, Budgeting and construction supervision of the different road layers, Drainage Systems, road furniture, precast concrete structures; Quantities Control, Forward Maintenance, Capacity Building, Ensuring Material Quality Control, Protection of the Environment and ensuring OSH at the site.
2. Preparation and review of Payment Certificates, Technical Proposals; Chairing Weekly, Monthly and Technical Meetings.
3. Analysis and approval of project risk assessments, job safety procedures, emergency response plans, method statements, work packs including generating safe work procedures.
