Relevant Experience

1. September - Dec 2024: Team Leader/ Civil Engineer -  Led the audit team to carry out Value for Money (VFM) audits in 6 municipalities in Uganda.
2. September 2023- July 2024: Project Manager - Managed the execution of the civil works as per the planned schedules and in conformance with the applicable specifications and drawings of the Project.
3. January 2021- February 2023: Project Manager, HSE and Business Management Systems Compliance - Managed project execution teams to communicate critical project progress, track milestones, timely assessment and requests for approval of changes, tracking of financial performance, identification of project risks and timely logging of issues.
4. July 2013- March 2016: Senior Auditor - Participated in the development of the Public Works Audit Manual which led to step-by–step process for audit of public infrastructure works.
5. October 2006- July 2010: Civil Engineer - Participated in the identification of sites for micro hydro power development through feasibility studies. Coordinated and monitored activities of the various stakeholders for rural electrification under the Energy for Rural Transformation (ERT) Programme by conducting regular progress review workshops and field visits to implementation sites. Undertook supervision of the implementation of renewable energy technology development/ improvement projects.
6. January- June 2006: Audit Assistant - Conducted Value for Money Audits for rural and urban water supply systems. Participated in a tracking study of the operation & maintenance Grants to Local Governments by undertaking physical inspection of existing water supply systems for functionality and adherence to standards and verifying existence of operation & maintenance functions for the water systems
